RETURNS AND REFUNDS


If the product arrives damaged, defective, or inaccurate, please notify us within 7 days. Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery; for example, if an item was delivered on January 1st, it can be returned until January 8th. Please keep in mind that returns will not be accepted if the item is "no longer needed."


All items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unworn, with all original packaging, seals, and tags attached), along with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. All returned items are subjected to a quality check to guarantee they are returned in their original condition. If a product is returned to us in poor condition, we reserve the right to refuse it.

If the order is delivered prior to cancellation, you may cancel it by refusing to receive the parcel.




What is the process of returning an item?

How long does it take to get a refund?

Store Credit: will be  issued Within 1-2 business days after quality check

Bank Deposit:  will be issued Within 5-10 business days after quality check
